“Client,” “You,” or “Your” refers to the individual or entity using our services.
“Services” refers to graphic design, web design, photography, printing of marketing materials and apparel, and digital downloads offered by Acxes 9 Design Studio.

2. Services

2.1 Scope of Services

The services we provide include, but are not limited to:

Graphic Design
Web Design
Photography
Printing of Marketing Materials
Printing of Apparel
Digital Downloads

2.2 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service with or without notice to the client.

3. Payment Terms

3.1 Fees

Fees for our services will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice provided to the client.

3.2 Payment Schedule

Payments are due as per the terms mentioned in the agreements or invoices. Late payments may incur additional charges.

3.3 Refund Policy

Refunds will be addressed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the nature of the work completed.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the deliverables shall be owned by Acxes 9 Design Studio until full payment has been received.

4.2 License

Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the agreed-upon purpose.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all confidential information shared during the course of the project private and secure.

6. Limitation of Liability

Acxes 9 Design Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

7.1 By Client

The client may terminate the agreement at any time upon written notice. The client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the date of termination.

7.2 By Acxes 9 Design Studio

We reserve the right to terminate the agreement with the client at any time for any reason upon written notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Acxes 9 Design Studio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
