We provide a Social Media Command Center that utilizes artificial intelligence to generate visual and written content, which is then submitted for your approval and subsequently published to your connected social media accounts. You are responsible for providing the necessary information and final approval for all content.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

As a user of the Service, you agree to the following:

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of all information and media you provide, including product descriptions, prices, and original images/videos.
You are solely responsible for the final review and approval of all content before it is published. We are not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or consequences of the content you approve.
You must grant and maintain the necessary permissions for us to access and publish to your social media accounts via their respective API platforms.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

We respect the intellectual property rights of others.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of the original images, videos, and product information you provide to the Service ("Client Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and create derivative works from your Client Content for the sole purpose of providing the Service to you.
Generated Content: Upon your final approval and selection of any AI-generated images or text ("Generated Content"), and subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you full ownership rights to the specific Generated Content you have approved for your use. We disclaim any ownership over the final, approved content.

5. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You may not access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available. You agree not to use the Service to generate or publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or that infringes on any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. TERM AND TERMINATION
